Founders Note
Elivate Inclusive was built from a genuine belief that recruitment can be done better. Throughout my career in the industry, I’ve seen how much pressure sits on businesses to find the right people quickly, and how often the process becomes more complicated than it needs to be.
I wanted to create a service that feels organised, personal and grounded in real partnership - something that supports both the business and the candidate, not just the vacancy. Logistics is a demanding environment, and the people within it deserve a recruitment experience that reflects its pace, standards and expectations.
My focus has always been simple: understand the business properly, communicate clearly, and treat people with respect. Elivate Inclusive is built on these principles, and they guide every decision, introduction and
conversation we have.
